Debbie has pursued a career in marketing for over 20 years. She always enjoyed meeting new and interesting people and likes when every day is a different.
Debbie has spent years working with clients but she began her career as a client. She began her career in the marketing department at Subway Sandwiches where she tackled the challenge of helping increase sales in the lower volume markets and created marketing programs for new product launches.
Within a few years, she transitioned to the agency side and has worked on a various range of national consumer promotions and events for brand giants such as Duracell, Gillette, Schick, Nabisco, Pfizer, Fuji, Beech-Nut, Pepsi, and Duraflame. She has been running Account Services for many years on many brands. Debbie has the ability to deftly balance the needs of a client with the desires of a consumer and remain positive with every challenge that arises along the way. She loves to lead and mentor her employees and watch them achieve career successes just as much as she enjoys her own successes.
Debbie is most happy in her work when juggling multiple projects and diving into a new client’s business. She gets a thrill by watching a project come to fruition and see the results of her efforts. She has found a new-found passion for non-profit projects where the results can make a tremendous impact on so many individuals and the people involved are so grateful for the work put into these projects that it is humbling. Debbie’s number one career goal is to continue to learn and grow.
Her true joy and inspiration for life are her three children – ages 7, 12, and 14. They teach her new lessons every day. She enjoys spending quality time with them, watching their sports, participating in activities with them and traveling and sharing new experiences with them every day. She feels her biggest job is to make sure they are all happy confident people who want to give back to the world and make it a better place. So far, so good as we are all works in progress.
