November, 2009, Patrick transitioned an extended working relationship with Sourcebits CEO Rohit Singal into a new role as President, N.A. the software development leader. This reflects a theme in Meyer’s innovation work where marketing and emerging technology are fused into business driving solutions. Sourcebits is an India/USA based leader in mobile apps, gaming and digital solutions, with 200+ developers, working across all major mobile platforms (iPhone, Android, Symbian), social , online and enterprise solutions. Together with Brian Meehan, they have been working across NOW's client base with particular focus on creating Digital Innovation Labs.
Patrick was behind advertising/marketing’s innovation thought leader consultancy, WPP Fusion 5 and more recently NOW Inc. Clients have retained Patrick and his USA/global teams to identify and action major growth strategies within large companies and challenging industries/markets they compete in. This includes CMO led efforts – new products, brand revitalization, global brand building, channel/customer growth, marketing/agency organizational upgrading,acquisition assessment/strategy, etc.
Patrick is “The Marketing Insider” on the weekly radio talk show, The Advertising Show. He is a featured columnist “thought leader” for HUB magazine which is becoming a standard for marketing professionals.
He is also Member of the Board of Directors of a number of marketing and technology related companies. This includes Emsense the emerging leader in neuro-diagnostic tools for measuring engagement/likeability, etc. directly from the brain and body—all across the 360’ of marketing. He is also involved with Starlite, the retail media company that brings impact to chain/retail efforts for CPG brands. He splits his time between Manhattan and Palm Island/Miami.
